Benchmarks

SaaS operating benchmarks with transparent methodology

CACulator.io separates public directional guidance from participant cohort bands (p25 / p50 / p75). We never invent benchmark numbers on marketing pages. Cohort cards appear only when sample and privacy rules are satisfied.

How benchmarking works

Percentiles (p25 / p50 / p75)
Cohort cards show the 25th, 50th, and 75th percentile of opted-in peer inputs for your segment, never individual company values.
Privacy threshold
Participant bands require at least k=10 companies in the cohort (configurable). Below threshold we widen the cohort or show curated public reference guidance with clear labeling.
Confidence levels
Low, medium, or high confidence is shown on every cohort card based on sample size and cohort specificity.
Fallback logic
We match your SaaS profile tuple, then progressively broaden: drop GTM motion, ACV band, customer type, merge adjacent stages, then fall back to stage + ARR reference data.
